Romeo Szejnmann advises clients on construction and real estate related matters including civil litigation.

Romeo's focus is on advising clients on all aspects of complex project developments in both the commercial sector and in the sector of residential buildings. In addition to these, he also advises on infrastructure projects. He provides support on the planning, realisation and acquisition or sale of the various project types mentioned.

In this context, he is specialised of services like the drafting and review of a wide range of construction contracts, rental agreements as well as work contracts for architects and engineers.

Romeo studied law at the University of Hamburg and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2015, Romeo worked in his legal traineeship among others at a leading law firm in Cape Town, South Africa.
