In this context, with a particular focus and many years of experience in the comprehensive advice of international clients in the development of hyperscale data centers.
In this context, Romeo is specialised in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of national and international construction and design contracts.
As a member of the Energy & Utilities and The Built Environment sectors, Romeo enthusiastically works with clients on transformational matters in the energy and construction industries.
Romeo studied law at the University of Hamburg and the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2015, Romeo worked in his legal traineeship among others at a leading law firm in Cape Town, South Africa.
