Lucie advises national and international clients in pre-litigation and litigation cases before criminal, civil and commercial courts (harassment, fraud, unfair competition, termination of established commercial relations, corporate disputes).
She had a significant experience assisting a defendant in a moral harassment trial before the criminal court.
She also advises companies in implementing anti-bribery programs (whistleblowing systems, code of conducts, trainings, third-parties assessment procedures) and advises clients in commercial and consumer law.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, she completed several internships in business law firms in France and in the legal department of a large company in the fast-food industry sector where she assisted the marketing, communication, purchasing and IT teams on their specific legal issues.
She also graduated from EDHEC business school in 2018.
