Lucie Champetier
Lucie Champetier is a senior associate in the Paris office of Osborne Clarke. She specialises in dispute resolution (litigation and pre-litigation) and business ethics.
She acts in commercial and corporate litigation as well as in white-collar crime matters. In commercial and corporate disputes, she handles complex cases, often with an international dimension, including contractual liability, unfair competition, post-acquisition disputes, evidentiary measures and protection of trade secrets, as well as the liability of regulated professions. Lucie also advises clients in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (mediation and settlement negotiations) and assists them with the enforcement of court decisions (in particular enforcement measures and seizures).
In white-collar crime, Lucie has developed specific expertise in cybercrime, complex fraud, misleading commercial practices and harassment. She notably prepares and assists senior executives in the context of criminal hearings.
Lucie also has significant experience in business ethics, particularly in anti-corruption compliance (design and implementation of anti-corruption compliance programmes, assistance in handling whistleblowing reports and protection of whistle-blowers) and in the conduct of internal investigations.
