Jorgo is a founding partner of Osborne Clarke’s Amsterdam office, specialising in workforce solutions, cross border projects, incentives and corporate employment law.

Jorgo advises both international and national businesses and employees (including statutory directors) on all aspects of employment law. He also deals with issues that play at the intersection of corporate law and employment law, such as disputes between shareholders or between shareholders and the board, M&A and management incentives.

Jorgo has a special interest in collective employment law and regularly advises and litigates about this. Jorgo is a member of the VAAN and VvA specialization associations. Jorgo’s approach is bold and innovative; providing solutions and daring to take a standpoint are key drivers of his success.
