Avenue Capital and Ellandi

Advising Avenue Capital and Ellandi on their acquisition of 350,000+ sq ft Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle and co-ordinating the very active asset management program.

IDI Gazeley

Advising IDI Gazeley on their first investment led purchase since their acquisition by Brookfield of a 280,000 sq ft warehouse at Wakefield Europort. The unit has since been refurbished, let to Bibby Distribution Limited and sold to Lancashire County Council pension fund.

Advising Savills IM on the exercise of an option over a vacant development site at Ponds Farm, Thurrock and subsequent disposal to an institutional investor.

Wells Fargo
