Angelo works in the administrative law team and specialises in public services law and public procurement, also representing clients before administrative and judicial authorities.
He provides strategic support to public bodies in the setting up of public procedures aimed at the procurement of works, services and goods, by focusing on concessions, project finance and the other forms of public private partnerships (PPP).
He supports contracting authorities and entities both throughout the tender procedures and during the performance of public contracts. He also advises Italian and foreign economic operators on issues arising from their participation in public tenders as well as from the performance of the public contract itself.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in the autumn of 2019, Angelo also accrued industry experience in the public utilities sector.
