Osborne Clarke Osborne Clarke has advised the FinTech Particula on a USD 5.5 million funding round. The round was led by SixThirty Ventures, Vanagon Ventures and Futury Capital, with participation from TX Ventures, Blackwood Ventures, Tenity, Blue Bay Ventures, Plug and Play Tech Center and high-profile angel investors.

The Munich-based FinTech Particula was founded in 2023 by Timm Reinsdorf, Nadine Wilke, Carsten Hermann and Wolfram Menser and originally emerged from the Blockchain Founders Group incubator. With the aim of making the market for digital assets more transparent and secure, Particula has developed a platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to evaluate tokenised assets according to economic, ecological and technological criteria as well as compliance guidelines. This data-driven real-time analysis is already being utilised by major financial institutions, leading issuers and several trading platforms.

Particula has now successfully completed its latest funding round of USD 5.5 million. The newly acquired capital is intended, among other things, to relocate the company's headquarters to the US in order to be at the forefront of regulatory developments in digital assets.

“As Particula enters this next phase of growth, we remain committed to setting new standards in digital asset risk intelligence – ensuring that the future of finance is not only tokenized but also secure, scalable, and transparent,” said Timm Reinsdorf, CEO of Particula.

The Osborne Clarke team advising Particula on this funding round, led by Robin Eyben, consisted of Dana Alpar, Giovanni Alexandrov, Vanessa Petre Linbenciuc (all Corporate / VC), Dr Florian Reiling (IP), Karina Naumann (Employment Law) and Laura Valeske (Legal Project Management).
