Vanessa is a member of Osborne Clarke's Corporate team in Berlin and specialises in venture capital (VC) and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). A key focus of Vanessa’s work is delivering legal advice to venture capital funds, start-ups, and corporations.

Vanessa studied law and completed her legal clerkship in Berlin. After finishing her studies in Berlin, Vanessa gathered valuable experience and strategic insight working as a legal assistant in the corporate and M&A team of one of Berlin’s leading technology start-ups. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, during her clerkship, Vanesa worked at another law firm specialised in corporate transactions and M&A.
