Osborne Clarke advises Plenitude on acquisition of specialist financial advisory service provider Contineo

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Plenitude, a portfolio company of Growth Capital Partners (GCP), on its acquisition of financial risk solution provider Contineo.

Plenitude is a leading financial crime and risk compliance firm and has acquired Contineo to enhance its specialist technical advisory and data analytics services. The acquisition marks Plenitude’s first M&A activity and will drive more efficient and effective financial crime risk management solutions for its clients.

Contineo's provision of specialist Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) tech advisory services will support Plenitude’s growth strategy, supporting its ambition to be the leading specialist tech advisor for innovative & AI-enabled FCC technology solutions.
