Ian is a solution-driven individual who is dual-qualified as an attorney in South Africa and solicitor in England and Wales. He has worked on various matters in contentious, finance, and transactional areas, within real estate, mergers and acquisitions and the debt capital markets.

Ian has significant experience in optimizing business operations, management, and development. Currently, he leads the UK team responsible for commercial, intellectual property, information technology, and data protection due diligence. He and his team prepare pre and post-completion requirements as part of the M&A, PE, and VC transactional work for our Business Transactions group.
