Osborne Clarke has advised several investors in connection with the Series C funding round of Berlin-based n8n GmbH, including existing investor firstminute capital.

Only six months after closing the Series B financing round in March 2025, n8n has just raised another USD 180 million in a spectacular Series C round; the round was led by Accel, with participation, among others, from Meritech, Redpoint, Evantic, Visionaries Club, as well as corporate investors NVentures (NVIDIA) and T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom). Also, some of the existing investors, like Sequoia, participated again. Osborne Clarke has advised in the seed round, the Series A and the Series B already.

n8n’s valuation increases to USD 2.5 billion(!) and makes the startup one of the fasting growing companies in Germany.

“The meteoric rise of n8n shows the important role that AI-based solutions have long played in the everyday work of numerous companies, including medium-sized and smaller ones, and the significance this will have in the future. Our clients recognised this years ago and we are delighted to have been able to accompany them through this milestone,” said Rouven Siegemund, Partner at Osborne Clarke.

n8n, founded in 2019 by Jan Oberhauser, offers an AI‑powered workflow automation platform that enables technical teams and businesses to quickly model processes, connect systems such as Slack, Google Sheets or Telegram, and build their own AI agents – with the flexibility of code and the speed of no‑code.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Rouven Siegemund and included Dr Paul Rhode and Robert Marx (all Corporate / VC).
