Osborne Clarke advised DTCP‘s Venture and Growth Fund II, which lead the $65 million Series C funding round in Aircall, a cloud-based voice platform for businesses. The new investors Adams Street and Swisscom Ventures joined the existing investors DTCP, Balderton Capital, Draper Esprit, eFounders and NextWorld. With this Series C funding round Aircall has now raised more than $100m in total.

Led by Nicolas Gabrysch (Corporate / VC), an international team from Osborne Clarke advised DTCP on this transaction with Catherine Olive and Florent Gurlie from Osborne Clarke France. From Lowenstein Sandler (New York) Anthony Pergola, Alex Leibowitz, Matthew Stichinsky and Jenna Marie Tracy were involved, DTCP in house was represented by Dr. Stefan Graiche.

Aircall was founded by Olivier Pailhes, Pierre-Baptiste Béchu, Xavier Durand, and Jonathan Anguelov in Paris in 2014 to develop a next-generation voice and productivity platform that caters to modern business needs. Aircall wants to make phone support as easy to manage as any other business workflow—accessible, transparent and collaborative.
