Zhen Kai is an Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Singapore office. He is also a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

He acts for clients in emerging industries and advises them on their rights and obligations, including those in connection with data privacy and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Zhen Kai represented clients in a variety of contentious matters spanning the fields of construction, restructuring and insolvency, employment, companies and shareholders, and defamation.

Zhen Kai won the Drew & Napier Prize awarded to the top student in advocacy at the Singapore Management University. He also represented his university in various international moots including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition (Southeast Asian Regional Rounds) in the Philippines.

Outside of work, Zhen Kai is a keen supporter of the arts and enjoys singing in choirs with his wife.
