Tonya is a Senior Associate in the corporate team in Brussels.
Tonya focuses on all aspects of business law, including public and private M&A, public offerings, corporate finance and general company law.
Tonya advises on a range of corporate matters, including public offerings, IPOs and takeovers. She advises listed companies on transparency rules and market abuse. She has assisted several companies in the life sciences and healthcare and tech, media and comms sector with their corporate transactions and financing. Tonya also works with international not-for-profits in the life sciences and healthcare sector on the restructuring of their organisations.
Tonya has a master's degree in Law from the University of Ghent and an LLM in European Private Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, she gained experience at a law firm based in Luxembourg.
