Susanne advises German and international companies and groups on all matters relating to corporate law and on restructuring measures.

Her practice focuses on the corporate law context of national and cross-border restructuring, including measures arising from the German Reorganisation Act, on advice related to corporate group law and on corporate compliance issues as well as on preparing and supporting general assemblies and supervisory board meetings (including companies that are subject to co-determination.

Susanne advises limited companies and European stock corporations (SEs) in the context of (re)structuring and general assemblies. She also supports supervisory boards.

Susanne qualified as a lawyer in 1999. Before joining Osborne Clarke in October 2006, she worked at an international law firm in Munich that is associated with a large accounting firm. She completed her legal traineeship in Augsburg, Prague and Munich.

Susanne is co-author of the reference book “Die GmbH – Recht, Steuer” [The Limited Liability Company – Law, Tax], published by Erich Schmidt Verlag.
