Neil Simon-Weaver advises companies on all matters of IT law and focuses on all issues relating to German and European data protection law.

He advises clients in the renewable energy and real estate sectors. This includes digital platform providers on data usage, B2B, B2C business models in addition to software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts. 

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2020 after studying in Mannheim and Toulouse, the English native speaker worked as a fully qualified German lawyer for a multidisciplinary consulting firm in the field of IT and data protection law. 

Neil also regularly publishes legal articles, especially on data protection issues.
