Mike is a Senior Associate in the commercial team.
He acts for clients in technology-driven and creative industries on matters relating to IT sourcing, software development and licensing, digital distribution, e-commerce and consumer, intellectual property exploitation, marketing and data privacy. He has previously acted for major telecoms companies, high street retailers, online platforms, international media organisations, “triple A” video games developers and indie studios. He has a specialist interest in interactive entertainment and advises on a range of digital distribution, marketing, intellectual property, data privacy, consumer and regulatory issues, within the sector. Mike has extensive data privacy experience, including leading compliance projects, carrying out data privacy audits, and advising on data privacy risk management.
Mike trained at Taylor Wessing in London, qualifying as a lawyer in 2013, before joining Osborne Clarke in 2015.
