Marta joined Osborne Clarke Spain in March 2016 and specializes in corporate and commercial law.
She has experience in corporate transactions, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring and advising on general corporate matters, in most cases, with an international component.
Marta was seconded at the Silicon Valley offices of Osborne Clarke from July 2018 to March 2019, providing legal support to US clients within the Western time zone, and connecting them with Osborne Clarke's expert lawyers in Europe and Asia.
Educated at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Sorbonne University of Paris, she graduated in 2009 and holds a double degree in Spanish and French Law.
She completed her education with a year programme in international and commercial law offered by the Sorbonne University of Paris; and a two-year programme in corporate law offered by the Academy of Studies of Garrigues, with the collaboration of Harvard Law School.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in March 2016, Marta worked as a corporate lawyer at Garrigues Abogados y Asesores Tributarios and at M&B Avocats.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
