Lea Hauser advises clients in all areas of German and European antitrust, merger control and foreign direct investment law.

She represents and advises clients on all antitrust and merger control law aspects before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and courts. In addition, Lea advises clients on antitrust compliance and antitrust aspects of contracts and distribution systems. She further advises on foreign direct investment law (FDI).

She studied law in Bonn. During her studies and legal traineeship, she specialized in antitrust law and gained practical experience with the German Federal Cartel Office, an international cosmetics company and in the antitrust team at Osborne Clarke.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2025, Lea worked as a lawyer in the antitrust practice of a leading international law firm in Cologne/Düsseldorf for several years.
