Jordi works across a broad range of sectors, but specialises in Tech, Media and Comms (TMC), Life Sciences, and Healthcare. A unique combination of technical corporate law mastery and deep sector knowledge has seen him cited as one of the ‘40 under 40’ by Iberian Lawyer, and elected ‘Lawyer of the Year’ by Best Lawyers International for M&A and venture capital law. But it is his versatility, emotional intelligence, and innate ability to anticipate and understand the goals of all parties in question that make him such a successful negotiator.

Representing foreign companies in their Spanish investments, and Spanish clients in the sales to foreign entities, his vast experience in cross-border corporate transactions and strategic skill in managing complex projects have seen him work with clients and multinationals that include Unilever, Vinci, Grifols, Enghouse Systems and Reno de Medici, advising on deals that cover everything from software systems and video games, to MedTech, pharmaceuticals, medical centres and more.
