Marco advises clients on all aspects of German and European competition law and merger control.

He represents and advises clients on all merger control and competition law aspects before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and before courts. He advises clients on the implementation of antitrust compliance programs and on the set up of contracts with regard to antitrust issues.

Marco studied law at the Ruhr-University Bochum. In his legal traineeship, he specialized in competition law with stages at the German Federal Cartel Office and the Deutsche Telekom in Bonn as well as an international law firm in Düsseldorf. He joined Osborne Clarke in 2018.
