Jad Soubra
Jad's work involves advising a broad range of clients on venture and growth capital transactions and exits, with experience acting for businesses at every stage of their growth – from early‑stage start‑ups and founder‑led companies through to institutional investors and large corporates. Jad has experience advising clients operating in the Financial Services and Energy and Energy Transition sectors.
Jad's experience spans share and business acquisitions and disposals, equity investment rounds and corporate reorganisations, often with a cross‑border element.
I am actively involved in OC's pro bono work, which I am very proud to be a part of. Working with clients who often have limited resources but complex objectives has sharpened my ability to identify what really matters, focus on the key issues and deliver clear, practical advice. It also exposes me to different perspectives and ways of working, which I bring back to my transactional practice.
