Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

We see a fast development in capital markets. Financial services and financial products swift from the classical “bricks and mortar” banking, through digital and online banking to embedded finance. This swift is a huge challenge for established institutes. They have to adapt to new technologies in a highly regulated market. Furthermore they have to follow their customers needs. Selling services and products is driven by the customers and their perspective.

With my advice I help either incumbents to evolve to the new world or support challengers to deal within the regulatory framework.

Next to my legal knowledge I have a broad understanding of digital technology and technical processes. I am a true believer that you can shape the legal framework by technical setup and vice versa.

Being a lawyer is not just about rendering legal advice. I have a holistic approach and like to develop businesses together with my clients.
