Ed is a commercial lawyer specialising in rail, public transport and new mobility solutions.
He works with investors, asset owners, public authorities and operators to design and implement solutions for transport and mobility businesses. This means he supports clients on rolling stock acquisitions and leasing, fares and ticketing projects and the deployment of technology across the transport and mobility sector. He heads Osborne Clarke's decarbonisation of transport practice and regularly advises on electric vehicles and the roll–out of charge point infrastructure. Ed also works across other sectors in a variety of commercial law matters including outsourcing, services agreements and procurement.
