Dr Fabian von Rabenau advises national and international listed and capital market-oriented companies, investors, and the management and supervisory boards of stock corporations and KGaAs on issues of corporate governance, executive duties, and compliance, as well as on all phases of capital measures. Another focus of his work is the preparation and support of annual general meetings, including ongoing corporate law issues.

In addition, he advises on capital market law, in particular on disclosure and follow-up obligations, ad hoc disclosure, directors' dealings, and insider trading law, including the implementation and review of compliance structures and insider lists.

Dr Fabian von Rabenau has been working as a lawyer in the field of stock corporation and capital markets law since 2023. Before joining Osborne Clarke, he worked for three years as a lawyer at an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in stock corporation and capital markets law.
