Denis offers advice to clients on matters related to both national and international tax issues, with a focus on international tax structuring, M&A transactions, management incentives, individual taxation, and tax litigation.

Denis holds a Master 1 degree, Business and Tax law (University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas) and a Master 2 degree in Tax law (University of Paris I). He was admitted to the Paris bar in February 2024.
