Demi is an Associate in the Private Equity team at Osborne Clarke. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, she trained at a leading law firm in London and also gained experience at a US firm.
Demi has a broad range of experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private equity transactions. Demi has advised institutional investors, founders, management teams and companies on all aspects of private equity transactions, including venture and growth capital transactions, private equity buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions and exits.
