Osborne Clarke advises Tresmares Capital on its minority investment into Convey Technology

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised pan-European growth capital investor, Tresmares Capital, on a minority equity investment in UK-based fleet management software provider Convey Technology.

With the financial backing of Tresmares, Convey will look to expand its commercial capabilities and pursue selective M&A opportunities to enhance its product and distribution capabilities.

Headquartered in Wiltshire, Convey Technology was founded by in 2016 by Steve Fisher. It provides a web-based SaaS platform that supports more than 3,600 commercial fleet operators – managing hundreds of thousands of vehicles and assets – to achieve compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. Fisher and the current key management will retain control of the day-to-day operations of the business and will drive the next stage of growth.

Founded in 2014, Tresmares Capital is a pan-European growth-focused alternative asset management firm. With a team of over 75 professionals based in Madrid, London and Frankfurt, the firm offers an extensive range of financial solutions to high-growth SMEs and private equity firms across Europe. This investment marks the third minority investment in the UK for the firm and the second investment advised upon by Osborne Clarke.
