Osborne Clarke advises Hims & Hers Health, Inc on the UK, German and Dutch aspects of its acquisition of Eucalyptus

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Hims & Hers Health, Inc, a leading health and wellness platform, on the UK, German and Dutch aspects of its acquisition of Eucalyptus, a global telehealth provider, for up to $1.15 billion. The transaction is subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close during the middle of calendar year 2026.
