Dr Philipp Reeb advises clients in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions and in corporate law matters.
His specification on M&A transactions includes the legal advice and project management of complex corporate transactions in all aspects of the transaction cycle. Philipp is primarily focused on cross-border transactions, real estate transactions and acquisitions of insolvent targets.
On corporate matters, Philipp provides tailored legal advice particularly on questions of restructuring and insolvency-related matters.
After completing his studies at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Freiburg, Philipp received his doctorate degree in connection with his thesis on internal investigations. He completed his legal stagiaire in New York, Buenos Aires and Tokyo. Prior to his engagement with Osborne Clarke in 2015, he was working for a business law firm in Hamburg for more than two years.
