International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Alcuin Capital Partners on its investment in Connect2Law Limited, a leading UK tech-enabled conveyancing firm operating under the Muve and Nova brands.
Founded in 2016, Connect2Law has rapidly grown into one of the most successful conveyancers in the UK market helping tens of thousands of customers purchase their home.
Osborne Clarke has market-leading experience advising on transactions in the legal and wider professional services sector, including tech-enabled and high growth platforms. This deal further demonstrates the firm's strong track record in supporting investors and management teams on strategic, sector focused acquisitions.
