Chris advises clients on complex public and private sector procurement infrastructure projects, such as universities, health, security, housing, defence, waste and energy, education and equipment.
Having worked in the sector for over twenty years, and advised on the second-ever PFI deal signed in Wales, he brings a great deal of experience to bear for clients.
Given the scale and sophistication of the projects he works on, he likes to get involved as early as possible, to understand his clients’ objectives and really get to grips with what is needed in order to win their mandates. Then he helps them secure anything from major outsourcing contracts through to difficult project finance transactions, be they new or secondary market deals.
Chris qualified as a lawyer in 1993 and joined Osborne Clarke as a Partner in 2008.
