Benedikt Hülsmann advises on German corporate law along the entire life cycle of emerging and established companies.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke as an Associate in 2023, Benedikt gathered experience in the venture capital ecosystem during an internship at a Cologne based VC fund and as a research assistant at Osborne Clarke.
Benedikt studied law in Cologne, Germany and holds an M.Sc. in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
During his legal traineeship, Benedikt spent three months with Lowenstein Sandler LLP’s tech group in New York City, USA focusing on emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
