

Alison is a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group in Osborne Clarke’s London office.
She specialises in structuring funds and joint ventures, with a particular focus on real estate.
She has a broad range of experience working with institutions such as InfraRed, Nuveen Real Estate, Palmer Capital, Niam, Hollyport Capital, Laxfield Capital, CBRE Global Investors, Deutsche Bank, Aberdeen Standard Life and Savills Investment Management as well as smaller fund management businesses and family offices.
She has worked on the structuring and establishment of real estate and debt funds and the secondary sale and purchase of fund interests.
Advised on all aspects of the establishment of the European Property Fund, a Luxembourg domiciled closed-ended property fund, and also on the structuring and establishment of the follow-on Europe II Fund, an open-ended Luxembourg SICAV SIF.
Advised on the structuring and establishment of the Chenavari Real Estate Fund II, a £350m fund structured as a Luxembourg partnership with a Luxembourg AIFM created to provide debt to European real estate.
