Osborne Clarke, Spain was launched in 1986 and has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, and Zaragoza, currently counting over 100 lawyers. 

Our Spanish team provides high-end, full-service advice to international and domestic clients, working broadly with other Osborne Clarke offices and boasting close relationships with Latin America.

Our Spanish office's strengths lie in the life sciences, tech, media and comms; renewable energy; financial services and real estate sectors, and our team covers a wide range of legal disciplines, including Corporate, Commercial, Public Law, Tax, Dispute Resolution, Banking & Finance, Employment Tech Law, and Intellectual Property. We regularly advise on major cross-border transactions and high-profile international M&A transactions and investments.
