UK Data Protection Reform

Osborne Clarke's data experts will be discussing the UK government's proposed reforms to UK data protection law under the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill.  They will be discussing the changes under the Bill and what they mean for organisations operating in the UK, the extent to which the changes are a divergence from the EU and the implications for organisations of this, as well as the impact on the regulatory risks in the UK.
