Restructuring and insolvency

Our international team has considerable experience of advising a wide range of clients that are working with businesses in financial difficulty to, wherever possible, rescue those businesses, maximise realisations for stakeholders and mitigate risk. Our experience means that we are able to understand different perspectives and manage complex restructuring projects.

Typically, restructurings involve a complex number of interdependent elements, which demands multidisciplinary thinking, so our aim is to always offer a bespoke team with relevant expertise for each case. Depending on the circumstances, the team might include lawyers with expertise in banking, corporate, commercial, IP, technology, real estate, employment, pensions and disputes, as well as restructuring and insolvency.

We act for corporates, directors, banks, accountancy firms, turnaround professionals and pension scheme trustees. We also have considerable experience of international cases and in disputes, fraud and insolvency. In all our work, we focus on achieving your objectives and ensuring that we deliver both quality and value. We have expertise and experience of working in most sectors but in particular in real estate, retail, energy and utilities, hospitality and leisure and tech, media and comms.
