Osborne Clarke advises SFG20 management team on investment by Bowmark Capital

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of SFG20, the UK industry standard for building maintenance specification, on Bowmark Capital’s investment in the business. Bowmark acquired a significant stake in SFG20 alongside the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) and the senior management team.  

This transaction showcases Osborne Clarke’s expertise in advising management teams on complex private equity deals in the technology and built environment sectors and underlines the firm’s strong corporate and tax capabilities to support clients on strategically important transactions with leading financial sponsors.

SFG20 provides customisable maintenance guidance through its software platform to facilities managers, building owners, contractors and consultants, helping them keep assets safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
