Refinancing granted to Sagitta SGR by Crédit Agricole Italia

Sagitta SGR, a multi-asset and multi-strategy asset management company acting on behalf of the “Sgt Cpi 2 Italy Real Estate Fund” real estate fund managed by it, has received refinancing from Crédit Agricole Italia for its investment in a property included in its portfolio located in one of the main locations of the Ima Group in Ozzano nell'Emilia. 

The financing transaction is part of a previous transaction, which began in December 2020, when the Fund acquired the mixed-use office and industrial complex located in the province of Bologna, which houses the headquarters of Ima Group, a company active in the design and manufacture of automatic packaging machines.

Osborne Clarke assisted the outgoing bank with a team led by partner Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, assisted by associate Ugo Marchionne, on all legal aspects of the financial documentation relating to the refinancing.
