Becky is a Partner in our disputes team, with expertise across a variety of complex commercial, IP and IT disputes.

Becky leads on a broad range of high-value and complex commercial, corporate, technology and licensing disputes. She represents clients across a number of sectors, including technology,media, telecommunications, life sciences and healthcare, real estate and infrastructure, and food and drink.

Becky also advises clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, including soft IP licensing disputes, trade secrets claims/protection, trade mark infringement, passing off,copyright, design infringement and domain name disputes. She manages global trade mark portfolios and advises clients of the key risks in pursuing a new brand in different territories.

Becky has gained a reputation for her expertise in trade secret protection and was recognised as a Global Trailblazer in the World Intellectual Property Review's Most Influential Womenin IP 2020, specifically for her expertise in this area.
