Osborne Clarke advises Big Potato Games on £16.2m investment from Mobeus

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised London-based publisher of board games, Big Potato Games, as it secures a £16.2 million minority investment from Mobeus, a leading equity investor in UK-based SMEs.
Founded in 2014, Big Potato is a leading provider in party and board games focussed on its mission to bring people together through easy-to-learn and quick-to-play games. Big Potato's focus on innovation has brought hits like The Chameleon and Herd Mentality to global markets both online and in-store.
Mobeus has partnered with Big Potato to help unlock an exciting stage of growth for the London-based board games company. The support will help Big Potato accelerate its launch of new titles, expand its international footprint and invest in a new wave of digital products.
