Simon specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and group restructurings, acting for banks, corporates and management teams.

He is a leading member of the Osborne Clarke Media Group, with a particular focus on the internet and digital media. His recent experience includes: advising the management team of leading search marketing agency Latitude Group on its partial sale to Vitruvian Partners LLP for £55million; advising the shareholders of leading UK online advertising company Adviva Media on its sale to Specific Media, Inc; advising social media company Where Are You Now? on their series A investment from DFJ Esprit Capital and Brent Hoberman; advising leading payments company Voca on its merger with LINK Interchange Network by way of two inter-conditional schemes of arrangement; advising the shareholders of Friends Reunited on their £175million sale to ITV plc.
