International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Fabriq, the UK's industry-leading SaaS solution, on its acquisition by Deepki, the leading European ESG data-intelligence platform built for real estate. The acquisition, which is part of Deepki's growth strategy, unites the two companies which are on a mission to make building more sustainable.

Founded in 2011, Fabriq has some of the best resources and cutting-edge technologies and currently has 40 clients including property owners and asset managers who use the proprietary Fabriq OS SaaS platform to improve the energy efficiency of their properties. The features offered by the platform will integrate with those of Deepki's Deepki Ready platform.

Founded in 2014, Deepki helps investors, owners and property managers improve the ESG performance of their assets and increase their value. This new acquisition will consolidate Deepki's leadership position in Europe, where it is already present with offices in Paris, London, Berlin, Milan and Madrid.
