Sequoia Capital and firstminute capital again rely on Osborne Clarke and Rouven Siegemund

Osborne Clarke advised Sequoia Capital and firstminute capital on the Series A financing round of Berlin based start-up n8n GmbH. Just a year after the initial funding, approx. EUR 10 million now flow into the software company. VC partner Rouven Siegemund and his team had already advised the investors on the seed investment last year.

In addition to Sequoia Capital and firstminute capital, US venture capitalist Felicis Ventures (lead) and the Californian early-stage VC Harpoon Ventures took part in the Series A round.

The Osborne Clarke team consisted of Rouven Siegemund (lead, Corporate / VC) and Nicole Preuß (Corporate / VC).

Sequoia Capital is one of the world's best-known and most important venture capital funds from Menlo Park, California, which has repeatedly mandated Osborne Clarke for investments in Germany. firstminute capital is a European seed fund based in London that invests mainly in early-stage European technology companies. firstminute capital has also instructed Osborne Clarke in various previous transactions.

n8n is a free and open node-based workflow automation tool. It can be self-hosted, easily extended and used with third-party web applications or custom in-house tools to automate repetitive tasks.
