Osborne Clarke advised PIPM France on the acquisition of the tangible assets of Oroxcell (93230 – Romainville), in the context of the company’s judicial liquidation proceedings.

Oroxcell specialised in research and development of health products, personal care products and chemical substances for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food industry and veterinary sectors.
