Osborne Clarke advised PIPM France on the acquisition of the tangible industrial assets of Sofams’ site in Fleuré (86), as part of judicial liquidation proceedings.
Sofams specialised in the manufacturing of professional furniture, both bespoke and mass-produced, for hotels, retail spaces and businesses.
PIPM France, part of the Platinum Industrial Plant & Machinery Group, focuses on the acquisition and enhancement of industrial machinery and equipment across France and Europe, particularly in the context of site closures and insolvency proceedings.
