Osborne Clarke and Legance advise Alpha Bank, Situs Asset Management Limited and Castello SGR S.p.A. in a €50 million financing to restructure a premium asset in Rome and purchase a property in Rozzano (Milan)

Osborne Clarke and Legance advised, respectively, the Greek bank Alpha Bank, as lender, and Situs Asset Management Limited, as agent, on the one hand, and Castello SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the Intracento closed-end alternative real estate investment fund, as beneficiary, on the other hand, in a transaction aimed at financing the renovation of a premium asset in Via Cavour in Rome and the acquisition of a property located in Rozzano (Milan), in the Milanofiori commercial district.

The project was sponsored by a Cypriot investor and by Invel Real Estate.

Osborne Clarke advised Alpha Bank and Situs Asset Management Limited in negotiating the transaction and preparing the financial documentation, with a team led by partner Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, composed of associates Alessandro Generali and Ugo Marchionne for banking aspects and Roberto Salis and Giovanna Costa for real estate aspects.

Legance advised Castello SGR S.p.A. and the investors.
