Georg Fischer Holding S.r.l., a company belonging to the Swiss industrial conglomerate Georg Fischer, active in the field of industrial machinery and solutions for piping and casting, and Salvagnini Italia S.p.A., a company active in the offer of innovative solutions for the sector of machine tools for flexible sheet metal working and automation, have concluded a minority investment transaction in Tecnolaser S.r.l., a company active in the field of metal machining, as well as in the assembly and painting of metal laminates.
