Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam has advised Vaultier7, a UK based investment fund dedicated to partnering high growth category creators and disrupters in the converging sectors of Beauty & Personal Care, Health & Wellness and Lifestyle, on an investment in Gisou, a luxury, honey bee-inspired hair-care brand founded by the influencer Negin Mirsalehi and her partner and co-founder Maurits Stibbe.

With over six million followers on Instagram and YouTube, Negin is one of the top fashion - and beauty - influencers in the industry, notably crowned REVOLVE Influencer of the Year for three consecutive years and placed on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. Through this investment, revenue of Gisou is projected to grow to USD100M+ in the coming three years as the brand continues to focus on sustainable initiatives, community building, moving into new beauty categories, and expanding its retail footprint.
