Arlette is a prospective civil-law notary in the corporate M&A department of Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam and specializes in the various aspects of (notarial) corporate law, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions and private equity and other matters of company and corporate law for national and international clients.
Arlette joined Osborne Clarke in October 2015, straight after finishing her Master degree in notarial law from Utrecht University and her Master degree in private law from VU University, Amsterdam.
Her work includes, among other things, the incorporation of companies, cooperative associations and foundations, corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers and split-offs, securities (pledge and mortgage), share issues and transfers and all related services.
Arlette is a participant in the KNB (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie) Blockchain Innovatielab.
